Returns and Exchanges:
All SALES ARE FINAL unless otherwise stated. However, we accept exchanges under specific circumstances. Please note that returns are not accepted. Please note we do not ship to P.O Boxes. Once an order is in the shipping stage it will not be able to be amended. For all order inquiries please contact fashion@weslah.world. We will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages. If you are unsure about something being delivered to your address, please contact us.
Cancellation and Modification of Orders:
You may modify your order, provided that the merchandise has not entered the packaging or shipment phase. You cannot cancel the order once it has been placed. Contact our Customer Care team if you need to make any changes to your existing order. They will help you facilitate any changes before your order enters the shipping queue.
Order Delivery:
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that serves as an invoice and includes your order number. After placing an order, the standard processing time of 2-3 business days is required before it is shipped out. Orders placed after 6:00 PM (EST) may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day starting at 12:00 PM (EST). During peak periods, processing times may exceed 3 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information from USPS to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Duties & Taxes:
The prices listed on individual product pages are calculated based on the location you are shopping from. For orders placed within Canada, customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes, depending on the province the order is being shipped to. For international orders, duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout, and the order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). If duties and taxes are not included in the final price at checkout, the order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and the shipment may incur duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. United States:
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you are importing your order for non-commercial (personal) use, and you will be listed as the importer for US Customs and Border Protection purposes. To simplify this process, your order indicates your agreement to authorize WESLAH to appoint a designated carrier/customs broker as your unpaid agent for customs purposes. You are responsible for any US duties, taxes, and fees that may be due under US law. Shipments of goods valued at US$800 or less may be imported without the payment of duties and taxes subject to certain restrictions, pursuant to section 321 of the US Tariff Act of 1930 ("Section 321").
Shipping Information:
You will receive an email with tracking information one business day after your order has been shipped, dependent on The USPS shipping system information. Once the goods have been delivered to your specified delivery address, you become the owner of the goods, and WESLAH no longer has any responsibility for taking care of them. Please note: tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped dependent on The USPS shipping system information.
WESLAH will use the designated shipping service to deliver your goods to the address you provide, with delivery days as estimates only and not guaranteed. WESLAH will aim to deliver within the estimated times but actual delivery times may be beyond their control. The delivery deadline for the goods is not essential unless agreed otherwise with the WESLAH team.
Failure to Deliver:
In the event that WESLAH is unable to deliver the products to the delivery address specified by you, and after making reasonable attempts to re-arrange delivery, WESLAH is still unable to do so, your purchase of the products may be canceled by WESLAH. In this case, any payment made by you for the products will be refunded.
Please note that if you have received the goods but your cleared payment has not been received (or has been reversed), you are required to either pay for the goods or return them as per our reasonable instructions, without causing any damage and at your own expense.
